With 25 years of experience in the care home setting, she achieved the Registered Managers award and led the homes to be the first to achieve the Gold Standard Framework in the country. Her passion lies in making someone smile and passing on her knowledge to her care staff. Jo feels privileged to work in the residents’ home every day.
