The offer is applicable for new bookings made from 1st August 2025 at Hargrave House, Millway Nursing Home and Waterbeach Lodge care homes only and expires on 31st December 2025.
The offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
To be eligible and redeem the offer, the resident must be on a privately funded permanent contract for a minimum of 12 weeks.
The 20% off the first month will be applied after the resident had completed their 12th week stay.
If notice is served prior to the resident completing a full 12 weeks at the home, the offer will not apply.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is available to private residents only. It includes single occupancy, couples, all rooms, and care types.
All other terms and conditions of residency shall be in line with AgeCare’s residency agreement.
This offer can only be redeemed once per resident.

The offer will be applied after the resident had completed their 4 week stay.
If notice is served prior to the resident completing a full 4 weeks at the home, the offer will not apply.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is available to private residents only. It includes single occupancy, couples, all rooms, and care types.
All other terms and conditions of residency shall be in line with AgeCare Care Homes residency agreement.
