Our Home Manager, Shelley Sidhu, brings a wealth of experience in the care sector. Starting as an agency carer, Shelley’s dedication and willingness to learn led her to the role of Deputy Manager at AgeCare Waterbeach Lodge.

Her primary focus is on ensuring the daily well-being of residents, a commitment she carried out throughout her ten years at Waterbeach Lodge. She continues this dedication here at Hargrave House where she took on the role of Home Manager in 2024.

She is committed to delivering outstanding elderly care, ensuring residents and families feel supported, safe, and valued, finding immense satisfaction in making a positive difference in people’s lives.

There are gentle morning seated exercise or yoga sessions, a variety of arts and crafts and musical entertainment in the afternoons.
