Nayland House is a premier care home located in the picturesque historic village of Nayland, approximately 7 miles north of Colchester. Due to its elevated position just off a private road in the heart of the village, Nayland House commands stunning views of the area and nearby River Stour.

Nayland House is a purpose-built residential care home for the elderly with 54 ensuite bedrooms, of which 23 are specially designed for those with dementia. Our home caters for a range of complex needs, providing personalised care and support for each resident.

The care home’s location in Nayland offers a quiet village setting with convenient access to a strong road network connecting it to larger urban centers and the coast. The A134, easily accessible from Nayland House, connects Nayland to Colchester in the south and Sudbury in the North and links into the A14 for Cambridge and Felixstowe.

The home has beautifully maintained gardens with outdoor patio areas and a small summer house surrounded by mature trees and foliage.

There is ease of access throughout the building with access to the first floor served by a modern passenger lift.
